OUR GUARANTEE

Satellite3 Ltd only offer refunds if the product has not been opened. Refunds are not offered once the product has been opened and/or used. A return request should be made within three days of receipt of products. Original postage will be credited against next order.

Satellite3 Ltd sells products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card. If you are under 18, you may use Satellite3 Ltd only with involvement of a parent or guardian.
